This is called a topsy turvy bangle because it has to be flipped over to read the entire inscription which reads, 'There is a place like no place on earth, a place full of wonder and danger. Some say to survive it you need to ge as mad as a hatter, luckily I am'.  
It is stamped on sterling silver sheet and approx 15 mm wide and approx 7 cm in diameter. It has a hand made hinge so will fit everyone. There is also a charm with a swarovski crystal heart in tanzanite.
