Very chunky solid silver heart that has been made by sandcasting from a hand carved wax heart. 
It has been set with a lab grown ruby, these are chemically and physically identical to rubies but withstand heat better. Size is approx 23 mm (>including bail) x 17mm x 7 mm thick. 
Set on a heavy trace sterling silver chain.
