This has been made from a sterling silver teaspoon, hallmarked from 1935 its a jubilee commemorative spoon from a ser of 6. 
I have removed part of it to show off the hallmark and leave a nice shiny area on the front too. I have designed so there is a thin strip at the back, this makes the ring comfy and easier to wear. 
It's adjustable. Please let me know your approximate ring size so I can bend it into the right size for you so you don't have to.
